Animated Cranky Geeks

I’m a fan of the weekly vidcast tech review program Cranky Geeks by John C. Dvorak, being something of a CrankyGeek myself, so I decided to animate a clip from last week’s show as another demonstration of Toonamation’s automatic rototooning. I like the way it came out. You can check it out yourself by clicking on the image below.

As a reminder, we could potentially do this for any video on the web. Also, I’ve uploaded high resolution versions of the video demos I’ve posted to YouTube, plus several others. They’re available through the sidebar links.

BTW, I decide to put our video demos on separate pages rather than displaying them through embedded viewers here, because I haven’t seen a way to dynamically resize QuickTime through a browser, and I prefer showing them large enough not to conveniently fit. I don’t totally like this solution, so I think I’ll try displaying them through pop-ups next time.
